  • How do I know if I am eligible for the referral offer?
    The Refer-A-Business offer is available to eligible Chase business checking account holders approximately 30 days after account opening. Eligible checking account types include: Chase Business Complete Checking, Chase Performance Business Checking and Chase Platinum Business Checking.
  • How do I refer businesses via my personalized link?
    Ensure you click the "Copy link" button and share your unique URL with businesses. If the link is copied incorrectly, you will not receive credit for the referral. By sending this link via text message, you confirm you have consent to send text messages to each recipient.
  • How many businesses can I refer?
    You can refer as many businesses as you want during the referral period. You are eligible to receive a "Refer-A-Business" bonus for each referral that opens a qualifying business checking account - up to a total of $1,000 per calendar year.
  • Will Chase tell me when the business I referred opens an account?
    No. Due to the confidential nature of the process, we cannot disclose information about qualifying accounts opened by the businesses you invite. However, you will get your referral bonus deposited into your account.
  • If the business I referred opens an account another way, will I receive a referral bonus?
    No. The business MUST click on the personalized link you provide them in order for you to receive the referral bonus. By following the prompts, the referred party will have the option to open their new account online or receive an offer code to take to a branch.
  • How much can I earn through this promotion?
    You are eligible to receive up to $1,000 per calendar year in business checking referral bonuses as the multiple businesses you refer open a qualifying business checking account.
  • When will I receive my bonus?
    After each referred business opens their qualifying Chase business checking account, we'll deposit the bonus into your primary checking account within 30 days, provided both Referrer's and Referee's accounts are not closed or restricted at the time of payout.
  • How will I know that I received my bonus?
    Your bonus will appear in your primary Chase business checking account. It will be listed as a "Refer-A-Business bonus."
